This Is Concerning Coronavirus COVID-19

Our thoughts and prayers are with all our clients at this time. We know that this period of uncertainty will soon pass. We ask all our clients to adhere to the CDC guidelines and social distancing regulations.

As it states in Psalms 121: “I lift up my eyes to the mountains — where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.”

Remember the Lord’s promise that he will never leave or forsake his children and know that this period of time is temporary, and we will soon be subject to better days and a brighter future.

Here are some recommended tips to keep an optimal and healthy immune system to combat COVID-19:

1. Wash hands frequently, and at least for 20 seconds
2. Drink warm spring water, distilled water. Optional: boil water for 20 minutes.
3. Squeeze ½ of a lemon into a glass filled with 12 ounces of water, and add 1 teaspoon of baking soda
4. Disinfect all household areas including the bathroom
5. Stay away from gatherings, only commune with family members in the household
6. Take vitamins and supplements:
   
   
   • Vitamin C – 500 milligrams twice daily
   • Immune Health Vitamin Complex – 2 tbs daily
   • Ultra-Quinol Antiviral Supplement – 2 capsules twice daily
   • Vitamin D - 5000 I.U.
   • CBD oil – 6 drops
   • Turmeric – 1 capsule 3 times a day
   • B-complex – 2 capsules daily
   • B-12 methylcobalamin – 1000 mcg daily
